Welcome to our Toll Free Support Number page. The benefit of this page is to
get you acquainted with the way our phone support system works compared to
the traditional ones.

Unlike traditional support lines where you are put on hold for 15 to 30 minutes
before you can speak with a representative, our system does the exact
opposite. At NPlod Systems, we believe that your time is just as valuable as
ours. You shouldn't have to contact us for service or support and then sit on the
phone for an hour before you can get help.

When you call us, our system will briefly put you on hold (60 seconds
maximum), while it's trying to locate a technician that is available. Instead of
putting you on hold until a technician becomes available, you'll be directed to a
voicemail box where you can leave us a detailed message including your
name and phone number so we can call you back and assist you.
